About the Design
Aquaria is built around a soft powder-blue base with floral embroidery, finished with detailed borders and sleeve detailing. The matching dupatta is lightweight, which keeps the set easy to carry through a long day.
The shirt arrives with a sequins embroidered chiffon front, embroidered chiffon sleeves, an embellished organza neck detail and organza borders, so once stitched it looks finished from every angle without feeling heavy.
Fabric Details
The shirt front and sleeves are sequins embroidered chiffon, and the back is dyed chiffon. Chiffon is light, airy and fluid, so it drapes softly and stays comfortable through long functions. The embellished neckline and borders are worked on organza, which is crisp and holds embroidery neatly. Inner fabric is included for lining.
The dupatta is sequins embroidered chiffon, which is light and floaty and easy to manage through a long event. It is edged with embroidered organza lace and finished with printed silk pallus.
The trouser is dyed raw silk, finished with an embroidered organza trouser border. Raw silk has more body than chiffon, so it holds a neat shape and balances the lighter shirt and dupatta.

Stitching and Silhouettes
A straight or slightly flared kameez with straight trousers suits the floral embroidery. Ask your tailor to keep the borders and sleeve detailing intact when shaping the hem and cuffs. Use the inner fabric provided to line the chiffon shirt.
Share your bust, waist, hip, shoulder, armhole and preferred shirt length with your tailor, along with the product photos. The shirt length with borders is 49"+, so plan the hem before cutting and keep the daman borders intact. Aangan does not provide a stitching service, and this design is not pret or ready-to-wear.
Caring for Your Suit
Dry cleaning is recommended for sequins embroidered chiffon, organza borders and raw silk. Steam lightly to refresh it, iron on a low setting from the reverse side and keep the iron off sequins and embroidery. Store folded in a breathable cotton bag away from direct sunlight and perfume.
