Aangan – Return Policy

At Aangan – The Essence of Lawn & Chiffon, we carefully check every order before dispatch. Returns are accepted only for defective products received by the customer.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.

• A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for any return claim.

• The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed parcel/package before opening.

• The parcel, shipping label, packaging, and complete product must be clearly visible in the video.

• The defect must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.

• Any return claim without a valid 360-degree unboxing video may not be accepted.

• Return requests must be reported to Aangan within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products that have been stitched, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

• Returns due to change of mind, colour preference, fabric preference, size, or personal preference are not accepted.

Important

Please do not discard the original packaging until you have checked your order.

Once the return claim and video are reviewed and approved by Aangan, we will provide further instructions regarding the return/replacement.
